A collection of medical service providers across the Midwest that provide specialized care or affirming services. Those who have verified their support of LGBTQ+ patients are denoted with "verified" labeling.
Health Equity Map Key
Black - Specialized Provider of Queer-Oriented Services (e.g. Surgery Center for Gender Affirming Care Clinic)
Light Pink - Affirming clinical location who have stated their support for the LGBTQ+ community through
Dark Pink - Affirming clinical locations who have verified their support through 1-on-1 communication with HealthPride's executive team
