A collection of medical service providers across North and South Carolina that provide specialized care or affirming services. Those who have verified their support of LGBTQ+ patients are denoted with "verified" labeling.

Black - Specialized Provider of Queer-Oriented Services (e.g. Surgery Center for Gender Affirming Care Clinic)
Pink - Affirming clinical location who have stated their support for the LGBTQ+ community through
Purple - Affirming clinical locations who have verified their support through 1-on-1 communication with HealthPride's executive team
