Reaching out to supportive hotlines provides immediate assistance, emotional support, and guidance. Asking for help is a sign of strength, and there are people ready to support you.

The following hotlines can help with an array of issues and questions regarding:

suicidal thoughts, running away, substance abuse (drugs/alcohol), sexual abuse, general abuse, bullying, healthy dating, coming out, etc.​​
